Bill Cormany is a Senior Financial Analyst with the FDIC's Funding and Investment Group in Washington, DC. Prior to joining the FDIC in 2009, Bill worked as senior consultant for two International Accounting and Consulting firms. Additionally, over the last 25 years, Bill has held senior positions with several companies where he gained valuable experience in structured finance and lending, acquisitions, dispositions, negotiated settlements and new business development.

Mr. Cormany is the owner of The Cormany Collection ( which consists of a unique portfolio of Russian and Soviet Era Realism and Impressionism, American Western and Early California Impressionism. Parts of Mr.Cormany's collection have been exhibited at the Woolaroc Museum (Bartlesville, OK), Phippen Museum (Prescott, AZ), and Russian Cultural Center (Washington, DC).

Bill lives in McLean, Virginia with his wife Ann and two sons. Additionally, the Cormanys have a home in Prescott, Arizona, where the Cormany's oldest son and daughter reside. Mr. Cormany's involvement in the arts has been extensive. He has been a member of 500 Inc. in Dallas, Texas and the Men's Art Council in Phoenix, Arizona.

Bill holds a Bachelor of Science degree and MBA from Oklahoma State University. Mr. Cormany is also a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of Texas.
